Our 100 year old pipes backed up. Benny and team from Roto Rooter were fantastic. Arrived within 2 hours and stayed until the job was done. Kind, quick, and knowledgeable, we really appreciate the exceptional service!

Not recommended at all. First appointment plumber did not complete job. Had to wait for camera guy who arrived late at night and couldn't complete his job. Drain worked one day then clogged. Called and got "appointment " and waited at home 7 hours with no call and no reply from supervisor until 5 pm saying someone was 2+ hours out. Called again on Sunday. "We'll send someone out" no call. No reply from supervisor. I found a local company that came out next morning. Cleared and completed job offered useful advice and cleaned up afterwards. Wondering if roto rooter will give me my money back for incomplete and unprofessional response. Update: you said you couldn't find my information but you were certainly able to call me this morning after I posted this review.

Spencer came in under an hour! He was quick to find the problem and to resolve it!! Very professional and an expert at his trade!! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! He was top notch and fixed my problem promptly!! He deserves recognition for the quality of work he does and with the great customer communication!! Turned my disaster into a manageable problem!❤️

Excellent customer service from the time I called to schedule through the completion of the job. The tech (Adi) explained the service well and suggested good ways to maintain the pipes. They were prompt, courteous and took good care.

Benny was awesome! Super knowledgeable and transparent about everything he was doing. He took the time to explain why my drains were leaking and fixed it just like that for a great price. This man deserves a raise!

Josh came right on schedule (during a snow storm) and was very professional/ knowledgeable. After understanding the issue he got right to work. Upon completion he gave me a detailed explanation of the work performed and problems encountered. Our drains are functioning flawlessly again.
